Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision to perform scheduled work for routine repairs and Maintenance.
• Ability to work through production downtime periods to ensure production is back up as soon as possible. This may include afterhours all night work if the plant operator can remedy the situation him/herself in a safe manner.
• Ability to communicate with other personnel, excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to monitor, attain quality goals and requirements to meet our specifications
• Problem solving skills
• Adhere to all company policies as well as state, local and federal laws
• Extensive Knowledge of Carbon Dioxide in its three physical states, liquid, solid, gas. (Training provided)
• Extensive Knowledge of proper handling of Carbon Dioxide in any state. This includes containers, methods of storage, transportation and distribution. (Training provided)
• Extensive knowledge of the safety requirements to be used by personnel handling Carbon Dioxide in any of its three states (training provided)
• Knowledge of the various types of equipment used for testing, liquefying and storing Carbon Dioxide. (Training provided)
• Knowledge of the transport vehicles used for transporting Carbon Dioxide. (Training provided)
• Knowledge of the computer programs used to operate the plant and prepare daily and monthly reports. (Training provided)
