Oversee operation of each project aligned with all carbon dioxide co2 liquefaction and dry ice operations.
Duties include: strategic planning, contract negotiation, project budgeting, procurement management, managing budgets and improving efficiencies, setting priorities, development of structure, quality control, maintenance.
What you'll be working on:
- Develop and implement the manufacturing project management processes.
- Initiate, review and oversee required project administration and documentation.
- Ensure contract agreements are expeditiously secured, reviewed, processed and executed.
- Review, edit, finalize and distribute project budgets.
- Initiate setup, monitoring and updating of project scheduling.
- Coordinate required procurement of materials and equipment with purchasing agent, with emphasis on buyout plan to meet, or improve on, established schedule dates and budget cost.
- Responsible for ensuring the procurement of parts, materials, equipment and fabricated parts meets customer's specifications.
- Subcontract agreement negotiation, preparation, processing and execution.
- Ensure required submittal review, processing and approvals, and logs are set-up and maintained.
- Create and update materials and equipment delivery tracking logs.
- Oversee ASME guidelines, standards and quality control.
What is expected of a Manufacturing Project Manager:
- Proven leadership skills and work ethic
- Travel will be required for this position to oversee each project until completion.
- CO2 knowledge is required during the duration of this position with the willingness to learn.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of relevant education and work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Construction or Integration
- 5+ years of project management is required; mix of experience is a plus.
- Proven specialist expertise including fiscal responsibilities.
- Proven ability to effectively work as a team and take direction from multiple heads.
- Significant experience and skilled in processes of project management and project controls
- Demonstrated success in change management, problem solving, and solution development.
- Action-oriented and innovative in leading the Project Management function.
